Metropcs - Why does it take so long to get something done
sall nothing imsang phone I bought this phone early this year returned it twice still cant hear recive or make calls this has been going on for six mounths or longer its always the new better phone will be there in ten days this was oct 15 2015 guess what no phone yet.I have wasted 500.00 minutes on my emergency phone, you try and call a supervior and there is none and no notes on your account where you have talked them. Im so sick of this my dad is sick with cancer and mom has a broken hip i never know when im going to be able to get a call its always the same thing your order will be completed in ten to twenty days Im ready to call Bay news nine and the B B B OK why waste all my time on this company when they are going down the tpilots if our bill are not paid in full at 12 midnite the day our service is due they cut is off Im sure Im not the pnly one with this problem but i need your feed back something has to be done this phone is a samsung model number sgh t399n ud how many others are having problems with this phone very upset tired of there lies help me solve this issue .kay wallace
