T-Mobile really needs to ramp up it's service. I just had MetroPCS for two months and went back to Cricket because there were a lot of dead coverage areas, texts that wouldn't go through, data was really slow and calls would drop a lot.

Their service is not good at all. A big issue with them is coverage. The rural areas have very poor coverage. I would go with Verizon or Cricket for prepaid.

That's all I really have to say I don't have 100 words to say about this. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. It's shoddy, spotty and unreliable service. Their customer service doesn't care when you call in.

They act like it's no big deal. I don't know why they don't improve their service.

Even Sprint is better which isn't saying much!! At least their coverage is good.

Yep, they stuck. My friend switched and can't use his phone in any casino in Las Vegas.
