I WAS TOLD THAT INSURANCE IS MANDATORY.

NOT TRUE.

i only signed up yesterday but as soon as i made an online account i found that it is an OPTIONAL service.

i discontinued it. i'm out 6 bucks. but it could have been 6 bucks a month forever.

ALSO

the salesperson told me that i had to call customer service to get my account number. which is {{REDACTED}}. because i had Metropcs before. and they GAVE me my account number at the time of signing up, on the paperwork.

only after persisting, did the 'store manager' tell the salesperson, oh, here is where you can find it. so they gave it to me.

but

she LIED.
