Can't call people

The guy asked me if I had turned my phone off and turn it back on and I said no and he said well let me check the network and I was on hold for 30 minutes or more. He would check back in with me from time to time and say we're still checking the network continue to hold. I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes while he continued to check after a while I just got tired and hung up turn the phone off turn it back on and everything was fine. So I wasted all that time while he said he was checking the network. It was a complete waste of time. But at least I know now if I have that problem again I just turned the phone off and then back on.

I was sold a bad phone, then when I called customer service they stated this a manufactures issue. The manager at Metro PCS became upset with me because they had to give me a new phone.

No hotspot. And I have 2 ones with u guys

I have 2 lines with u guys..I haven't exceed my limit,but yet I have no internet service (hotspot)..one is showing up on my t.v while the other is not not showing up period!..I am upset right now with every right to be!..I gave a bill for $90 coming up in a few days and I can't even use my hotspot..maybe I should take my business elsewhere..

Employee Conduct

I had come into the store to pay my bill. So I got out my card. She said firmly that this store only accepted cash. So I put it back in my credit card carrier and was about to leave. Then she said that I could pay over the phone by dialing 611. Why would she not inform me of payment choices at the beginning?

User's recommendation: Please train your employees to offer choices in payment in their first encounter with a customer.

I had connected my Hotspot from my phone to my Chromebook twice and it works successfully but I try to do it again the next day and wouldn't let me. So I need to find out what is going on.

I was at the store to pay my bill. I took out my debit card and had credit cards visible.

She said that this store only accepts cash. I put away my cards and was about to leave.

She then said I could call 611 to pay my bill. Why would she not offer me the two choices...

He gave the employer more money thn wht i should of gave him.. n didn't give it back to me

The employer there wasn't never professional he wouldn't give me the exact change it was about $1 or $2 n would tell me well if u wnt wait till i finish thn I'll go to my car n give it to u... barley ever gave me a recite but today i gave him $80 my bill use to b $60 but thn my bill dropped to $50 so i gave him the $80 cuz i didn't have the change he gave me back $7 n he said i never gave him $80 whn i counted infront of him.. i asked to look at the camaras n he said he cant i asked to speak with the manager n owner gave me hard time.. i even called the cops.. thy gave me a number to cal the owner it was the wrong number
