I received a bundle for Metro PCS and Amazon Prime

Years ago, I signed up for a bundle plan with Metro PCS and Amazon Prime membership. They canceled their agreement and now asking me to accept the new terms. Which are pay the same thing as before to Metro PCS and Pay the full monthly membership fee to Amazon Prime. Not extra services, just pay more if you want to continue your services. No offer of new Prime bundle from Amazon Prime and No decrease in my Metro PCS bill. Sorry for your bad luck, We don't care if you are a Veteran of these United States.

Preferred solution: Offer of a better price or bundle. Everyone else have bundle plans.

User's recommendation: Honor your agreement with customers and do more for the smaller business owners who are Veterans/ Disability Veterans. We have to make every dollar count and would like to be able to make our own decisions, not take what we give you or we will freeze your account. Bad Business!

Help customer for 9 years COSTUMER CARE IS TREATING REALLY HORRIBLE KEEP SHUTTING OFF MY TO

I have been a customer with you guys for 9 years never had a problem August of last year's when it started having my problem it's still not taking care of and it's gotten 10 times worse I am on the captivity program the lifeline program and captivity program had it for 2 months they refuse to put it on in the system they are basically telling me that I have not made a payment and since July and no I'm sorry I do make my payments every single mom and they are rude to hang up on me and they give me false numbers I've been trying to get this number this email address for somebody at the headquarters for 7 months 7 months this has been going on 7 months they think taking shut my phone off my phone and I've called there from 7:00 in the morning all the way until 8:00 at night and I still don't get nowhere same thing same thing I need help please ASAP my phone is shut off I cannot get it turned back on they will not turn it on I have talked to so many managers they've got my account so messed up it's not even funny and I go into the only store that we have in town I need help like as soon as possible I have medical issues and I cannot go with all my phone but guess what the last week I have been and I want to go to the hospital I don't feel good I'm dying I'm not kidding you you only give me 6 months to live this is pretty damn sad

No more Metro in Shelton Wa?

Since October, my phone has hardly any usable data. Calls and messages say( not connected to a network service. I have been with Metro for over 10 years off and on. The reason being is this happens to me all the time! I have paid for services im not receiving since October 2022 this time. I go to talk to someone at Metro by T mobile in my home town,Shelton Wa. They are no longer here. They closed the buisness. Nearest Metro is in Lacy. 45 minutes away! I can't afford let alone go to Lacy 45 minutes away. I cant up grade,lease, or talk to anyone that either thinks they are telling what want to hear, or laughed at then hung up on. I was hung up on 4 times last month. Is there a plan to help low income, no transportation, or just keep paying for a wishy washy service that is very bad? I need a new phone, dont think I should pay for no service, believe I should be reimbursed at least have my money since October. Or put on account? This is not a good situation for me. I'm 65, disabled and on a fixed income. If you could shed some light on this for me, I'd appreciate it. Please don't blow hot air up my *** I need some resolution and answers to what is going on and how I will be helped? Thank You

Having my ACP benefit apply to Metro

I have my application number for ASAP it's been approved I've numerously called Metro numerous times trying to get this intact there should be no reason I should have to be paying a phone bill when I have the ACP benefit for $30 this has been on since October my benefits and I am still trying to get them applied to my account
