No one can activate phone

I ordered a phone, plan/sim card online 6/15 and received the phone 6/17 and after talking to probably 20 people and spending the majority of the past 4 days trying to activate this phone, it still isn't and I just keep being told to 'wait for the escalation dept to rectify it'. I discovered that metro had sent me a Tmobile sim card instead of a metro Sim card and requested they send me a new one, (a metro one) and was told they are unable to do so..

What?!!! Why?!! But I could go online and order one, again, what?!. So, I tried to do that, but the system wouldn't allow me to, as it thinks my phone is already activated.

I don't understand that at all, but it's been a week and I'm so frustrated. About to return it and demand a refund, but judging by how things have gone so far I'm afraid I would never see a refund.

I cannot make outgoing calls except for 911.

I went to the Metro store and they told me it was because my "LG ARISTO 3" wasn't something or other ... No help at all.

I qualified for Acp benefits and not receiving the $30/off

Ok I qualified for the ACP benefits and i called metro customer sevice and was told over the phone by metro employee that I would get the $30 off my bill, I also received text message also stating that. I very done called 3 times and spoke to someone that I het a $19 month discount not $30.

I had one of them tell me it was wrong it should be $30. Well since I called multiple times they give me the $30 off this month my first month not then every month after may it will he $19. I need to know why it's not $30 because I'm unemployed, single mom,child under 13 in home living off food stamps and government assistance paying bill. I need the full $30 please help 3 other people has tried.

I need to make sure its posted. Metro applied this. I never completed the enrollment form in my account.

My account IS locked tells me nothing matches. Thanks

remove device lock on phone

i purchased a phone and i cant remove device lock and its so crazy because the original owners had service for 141 days. and they still cant waive the 39 days...looking for a key answer that will set this problem free. ive had the worse day dealing with this...

My grandson service was disconnected while he was away at Navy basic training in Great Lakes, Illionis. Trying to confirm his service was restored after my $80.00 payment.

I was tricked into buying a phone and I want info 4 why I was told I could not return it

So I went to metro PC to get a phone because my phone I had broke well I don't know much about phones nor do I understand why I was talked into buying a phone I have no idea how to even work. I am 69 years old and I feel that when I went into the Elsworth and main location in Az the lady that worked there took advantage of me.

I went into metro today so return the phone because it shuts off by itself all the time and also because I heard about this program that cricket is having that gives me alot more data etc and it's only 10 dollars a month cuz of the ebb program.

Anyway when I went down there the lady tells me ii can't return it even though I just bought it 3 days ago and I paid 4 the phonw. I looked up your return policy and it says I have 7 days 2 return well it's onoly been 3 days the phone cost me 184 dollars and I don't even know how 2 use the phone. I'm super pissed because I went into this location and the first thing I said to the lady is I am on a fixed income that I wanted the least expensive phone cuz I can't afford. A fancy 1 well she shows me the phone I bought she said it was the cheapest phone she had and that all 5he rest of your phones were in the price range of 400 to 1500 well I get home I tell my friend how much I had 2 pay to get a phone and she told me *** there are way cheaper phones and that that lady took advantage of me.

Today I go and try 2 get a refund and the lady that was there this time tells me she cannot give me a refund and that I am stuck with this phone.

Why on your website does it say if I bought in person I have 7 days if u bought online I have up 2 thirty days.

??? I have only had this phone 4 3 days

I'm just trying to pay my Bill on lineMy previous card was hacked for $1,644.21.I had to dispute the charge now MetroPCS won't let me submit a new card for payment. I tried 8/10, 8/11I will try one more time tomorrow. 8/12Otherwise, I am moving my account to Consumer Cellular..

are you trying to port out of metro to a different carrier?if you are then all you need.to do is make sure you have your account number and IMEI number and your pin.and then what ever carrier you want to port into.give them your info.and they will take care of the rest what ever you do don't call metro and cancel your line until you port into another company that's what I was told when I went to go to another provider.

In short metro sells phones that are refurbished and sell them as band new. Also they use chips to temporarily unlock them from another carrier until you update or reset your phone.

I tried to get my iPhone x unlocked from metro and was told it wasn't a metro phone but sprint. I spent $450 for a paper weight and metro will do nothing about it.

Why is it after paying my bill in full for phone numbers listed below one of the phones has no network?

Phone number (720)672-**** has no network all of a sudden all day yesterday October 5, 2021 my phone has just stopped working it says, "no registered network" on my samsung galaxy. I've tried everything to fix it but can't get it to work. I just paid my bill of $91,00 early, and I'm not getting a connection and can't make outgoing calls either
