Metropcs - Late Store, Lost Customer

The employee at the Alberta location in Tuscaloosa on February 22, 2018 walked in the door at 9am on the door while I was in the parking lot. The store is supposed to open at 9 am. It is 9:07am the door is still locked and I will be late for work

Always pay my bill ahead of time for a year.Ask for this month an extetention for my due dare us always the 31 but Feb is only to the 28 asked if I could pay on the 2nd Friday when I get paid charge would be $9.00 asked if this could be waved was told NO ! Discouageing

Complete crap trying to manage my account online but apparently have to be on computer or laptop. Well I do not have one and need to manage my damn account you would think with technology and all the *** these phones can do why not manage account! Bullshit.
