Metro double charged me when i was not supposed to be charged

They double charged me when I switched service with the same number I was supposed to get it free and the store will not refund my money I'm pissed my girl friend did the same thing same phone she got it free .

User's recommendation: When you change service with same number you should get the phone free everyone knows this I thought I was paying for service until I looked at my receipt.

I would suggest if metro isn't willing to help.you might want to call your bank and file a dispute just let your bank know.that you were charged twice and your were only supposed to be charged once.

August 19th 2021. Metro PCS has an app my metro on every cell phone they sell.

If you have unlocked phone calls then you then you download it.

Then you can pay your bill with your credit or debit card. In case you didn't know in the store or over the phone calls they charge you an extra $3.

I have problem whe I send texts I call twice to the company and didn't fix the problems the take almost 1 minutes fail

Cancel a line

I tried to cancel my phone line of 816 491 **** and couldn't get through every time I tried the 1888 number took me to my metro app instead of calling.

are you trying to port out of metro to a different carrier?if you are then all you need.to do is make sure you have your account number and IMEI number and your pin.and then what ever carrier you want to port into.give them your info.and they will take care of the rest what ever you do don't call metro and cancel your line until you port into another company that's what I was told when I went to go to another provider.

Just bought a phone and the service is sucks I have to connect to wifi to use it

Just bought a new phone from Metro PCS 3 days ago the service sucks takes long for everything to not load 5G my *** I have to connect to my home Wi-Fi to use the phone I just bought MetroPCS sucks changing my phone service to a different company might as well get a free government phone instead of purchasing from MetroPCS

Customer service was rude she was impatience and hanged the call

Bla-blaBullshitdon't like the fact that I tried to talk to someone and all I get is a recording not a real person to explain my issues.
