I purchased a new stylo 4 had to return it in less then a month they replace with refurbish phone twice not happy with this at all I'm really thinking about changing companies. I paid for a new phone and in less then a month got 2 refurbish trash

Metropcs - Bad Service

Metropcs - Terrible Service

Signed up with Metro PCS but decided to return the phone the very next day. (very poor connection in my area) Refused to accept the phone case claiming it was nonrefundable but their return policy online states the opposite. Paid about 125$ but received less than half back. Filed a dispute with American Express.

Metropcs app cant process card payments

Everytime I try to get extra Mobile Hotspot data or gigs I use my credit card they can never process it... always a problem . Then when you try to do it again and it also has a problem but now you're locked out for 24 hours from too many attempts to make a payment. You try to call customer service and you can't get by the freaking robot no matter what you do. It's it's customer service like this and this *** like this that people go out and buy *** guns and just go ballistic
