I have been with MetroPCS just 2 months, was going to leave them my first month, there won't be a 3rd month. I got my contract and first phone in birmingham al while caring for my sick mom. I live in florida. The store i got started from waas run by these hard core thug salesmen, they lied to my sister she went to add me to her plan, when i asked for a difrent phone 2 days after i got the phone. I have missed important doctor calls in regards to my disabled son because my number keeps informing the caller that service is disconnected but i always get vm and calls from debt collectors calling for other people. Before I could use my mobile hotspot with a WDCMA connection, now it says I can only do it with LTE. Problem, you can't select LTE only for connection, only LTE or WDCMA. Guess what, NO LTE connection at all. So no wifi hotspot! This is a disgusting practice. They know so many of their customers will not be able to use a hotspot any more. I have been with metropcs for 4 yesrs. I am on the $40 plan here in Bakersfield, CA and always pay on time. My problem is THERE IS NO EAY TO FIND OUT HOW MANY CALLS OR DATA IS USED. Im told i never use up my data. Therefore i tried lowering my plan to $30. With that plan it runs out right away and slows down so much its impossible to use.
