Went to a Metro PCS and my debit card was overcharged.I finally spoke to the owner and he doesn't believe me. There is nothing that can be done because his employee lied. Be careful with those locations, I suggest paying cash and please look at your receipt before leaving the store. The employee put the receipt in the box so I didn't see it until hours later. I shouldve looked at it before I left the store but i was on my break.Smh never again .

Brough phone back to store 05/13/2016 for exchance for Lg phone. Was sent home & had to wait for corporate approval. Was denied. I spend $90.00 a month for phone service to Metro PCS the past 18 months. (Wife & I). You customer service is bad. The phone cost was $59.00 & you will not allow a exchange. We changed from Sprint to Metro PCS and that was the biggest mistake ever, their customer service sucks, their sorry piece of *** phones suck and they are the biggest liars around! We were promised an LG phone for switching but they gave us these sorry ZTE phones instead, when we made a complaint about phone hanging up, dropping calls etc they pure out lied and sent us to three different corporate stores who said they could order us the same...
