Complete crap trying to manage my account online but apparently have to be on computer or laptop. Well I do not have one and need to manage my damn account you would think with technology and all the *** these phones can do why not manage account! Bullshit. Metropcs - Charged me twice

I made payment online shortly after I get a overdraft notice from my bank, checked my account and they charged me twice. Not just that but a $35 overdraft fee from my bank. It will take 5 days for my payment to go back in my account and they won't do anything about overdraft fees.

Metropcs - Bad customer service

I been in customer service for 6 years and every time I go into metropcs I have a bad experience for instance went to put insurance on my phone before the six days was up and they system was down and a week later my phone went out. Just today my bill is due I go in to pay the system and the retail rep was not customer satisfaction. I really would like some to be done because it's costing me money

Metropcs - Charging me $2 processing fee when you're online feature doe

I attempted price to pay my bill online to avoid charges your app failed miserably. Technical difficulties is that anything like losing service during peak times throttling? I would like to have my $2 processing fee refunded or credited to my account due to me having to pay via phone. This is a consistent issue.
