I bought a phone, it was junk, 2 weeks later, (3 days of which it wouldn't even power on), I finally had time to go return it. I was not allowed to upgrade.

I did not want the same phone. (why would I? It was junk) They offered me a refurbished no name phone and would not credit me the cost of the bad phone. I was willing to buy a much better phone and even pay upgrade, but they wouldn't do it.

But they did offer me the refur. no name for the price of the upgrade I wanted.

Preferred solution: let me buy a upgrade and credit the cost of the junk phone. I'll pay the difference..
