There is always a line when i visit "any" Metro store!Why don't they install a kiosk like AT&T has?

It would save time & tempers! Next item: after speaking to several persons at several Metro locations, I'm very angry that nothing about my poor coverage has ever come to the attention to persons that could help remedy the situation.

Unfortunately,most Metro personel has very limited understanding of "how they could help"!Very sad!
