I received an offer for a FREE upgrade, but when I went to get it, the store manager lied to me, and told me I would have to pay. Her name was "Blessing", and she was obviously willing to tell me any lie to get me to spend money, when I had a FREE upgrade.
I even showed her the text offering the FREE upgrade. She continued to lie to get me to spend money I did not want to. I never experienced feeling so manipulated as I did by this store manager. Worse yet -- when I complained to corporate, they verified my upgrade WAS free -- but did nothing to rectify the situation -- and I mean NOTHING.
This store is located in Dallas, Texas.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER. This is my experience, and my concerted opinion.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: SHOW RESPECT FOR YOUR LONG-TIME LOYAL CUSTOMERS; DON'T LIE TO THEM OR TRY TO TRICK OR MANIPULATE THEM !.
I didn't like: Being lied to and manipulated, Being mistreated, No loyality to a long-time customer like me.
