I paid my bill for metro pcs on october 13, 2017 for 53 dollars. The very next day i checked my bank account and metro had charged me double for my bill.
I was very upset, so i called metro pcs custimer service and all they could say is that they apologize and that this is a issue that is happening to alot of customers and they would try to get the money back to my card as soon as possible.
This is very unprofessional to rob peoples visa cards and not fix issue. Im leaving metro fot this reason asap.
