I just used the metro app to pay my bill. on the first attempt it said it failed and to please try again.
on the second attempt it said successful and a confirmation number was issued via text message. 30 minutes later, went online to check my card balance. I was billed twice. Called customer service.
first attempt, customer service rep had the nerve to suggest that i call my card company to resolve the matter that Metro PCS was responsible for creating, then got disconnected.
second attempt, after going through the whole song and dance got disconnected again. went online to see about emailing customer service, found out THEY ONLY ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT THEM BY SNAIL MAIL.
