I have been with metro for 12 years from when they first opened in NJ. I dealt with not having service multiple billing problems and countless head aches.

They are always offering deals for new customers but nothing for thier valued customers. I have finally had enough. I am a patient woman but after today I'm done. They credited my account for issues last month and I paid the remainder of the bill.

Well this month when it came time to pay my bill it was doubled and I asked why. They said it's the remainder of last month I asked them "do you mean what I was credited so they continued to tell me thier was no record of a credit. Anyone who has metro knows that if your bill isn't paid in full you don't have service to be charged for another month. Anyway they want me to pay the credit which was 95% of my monthly bill plus my service charge for this month.

So in short they want me to pay back the credit plus my monthly bill.

I have paid $100 per month for 12 years so I'd say I paid them a fair amount of money over the years and they basically gavee the finger. That's what your getting when you go to MetroPCS.
