My husband and I had MetroPCS service and decided to get our kids phones. We went into the store and bought 3 new phones for our kids and we're told the monthly fee would be $200.
That was ok, but then the sales girl said since we bought 3 phones she would give us a discount for the first month of 5 lines. She charges us $28 but did not tell us that the remainder of the balance would be added to the next months bill. Our bill for May was $379.
This was very deceitful and we will go without phones until our next payday when we switch service. I am calling the better business bureau and posting on Facebook and Twitter in order to inform as many people as possible about this practice.
