My husband and I had MetroPCS service and decided to get our kids phones.We went into the store and bought 3 new phones for our kids and we're told the monthly fee would be $200.
That was ok, but then the sales girl said since we bought 3 phones she would give us a discount for the first month of 5 lines. She charges us $28 but did not tell us that the remainder of the balance would be added to the next months bill. Our bill for May was $379.
This was very deceitful and we will go without phones until our next payday when we switch service.I am calling the better business bureau and posting on Facebook and Twitter in order to inform as many people as possible about this practice.
