Hi,am using two phones and metro pc line and my data payment is $50 dollars a month.since three weeks now the other phone is not working and i paid for the last due.and my own the network is very slow to access my facebook acct. I want metro to reduce my payment this month since the other line is functioning and am not ready to buy phone for now.and to improve the network on the other one.thanks

What ever you do stay with your current company i went in metro to upgrade my phone to a $20 coolpad phone it went from 20 to 53 after tax and fees wow tax and fees cost more than the phone after 3 days the screen went out i took it back they said i will get another one in 3 days which never came after a week i call customer service for the past 3 weeks and they have been telling me your phone is on the way your phone is on the way your phone is... I been with straight talk for 5yrs. I decided to try metro pcs. And i must say, I should have stayed with Straight talk. I have had sevice with metro for 5 days and it has been the worse sevice i have ever had. I cant watch Netflix or listen to pandora because its always buffering. I walked in to 3 "MetroPCS authorized dealers" looking to get the iPhone5 for my wife's Birthday as an upgrade. First store attendant said "we ran out of it, don't know when can get more"... Second store same thing... Third store story changed a bit "we don't get those anymore "... I called to customer service and the person on the other side said "those are ONLY available for the Florida market".... So, WTF$&@... I wonder if this false... Read more

Customer services is horrible no one speaks english and then hangs up on you. HORRIBLE!!! Very cheap customer service 9/20/16@ 11:00 eastern time

My first time with this company and my last!!! It has,nt even been 2 weeks yet. Slow data i have 3gb can't even send a message without saying failed!!!! Like really?? Next month back to Cricket. At least i get 4gbs for the same price i paid for this 3gbs.
