I switched to metro from pcs even though it was more money but i liked it til i got home and could no longer use my service thank god for wifi in my house

The service used to be ok, keeps getting worse, dropped calls while on wifi calling 2 feet from router, trying to text or call and getting "not in your network" I have an all inclusive plan, unlimited! Terribly weak signal, sometimes none, do I live on the moon?, its propably better there. Was treated very rude by .gr Nelson. I cant imagine why any company would hire such a nasty person for customer service.

As of yesterday I became a new MetroPCS customer.. I regret it greatly. So I was with Cricket switched for my own reason not anything to do cricket. first their unlimited data is not unlimited and thier hotspot service sucks .Will be going back to Cricket as soon as I can. Metropcs is a rip off!!!!

Metro PCS has terrible customer service!!! My service was not working for three solids days and each day I was told it was a nationwide system update and to wait two hours and call back if service doesn't turn back on. When i ask to talk to the supervisor or someone to make a complaint, I was told she would not take my call cause she was busy and to just wait and call back! I was giving a $5 credit but I feel like going back to AT&T at least... Read more

I absolutely HATE your customer service reps with their "singing voices" reading from scripts and cant get a *** thing right
