During one of the worst times possible during Hurricane Irma a day before the hurricane hit Metro decided their towers couldn't handle anymore so I set for 24 hours without a phone during Hurricane Irma.unable to have any contact with anybody for 24 hours Metro's answer was their towers just couldn't handle it

A extension is granted each month if you cannot pay your bill on due date. The store in Morehead City, NC and Newport, NC have been closed for over a month so how can you upgrade or if you do not have a credit card pay in person. Go ahead and close those stores if you do not want to be serviceable. Something is wrong if they cannot keep management or regular employees in the stores how hard is it?

I made payment online shortly after I get a overdraft notice from my bank, checked my account and they charged me twice. Not just that but a $35 overdraft fee from my bank. It will take 5 days for my payment to go back in my account and they won't do anything about overdraft fees.
