I worked for sprint and t mobile as well as I speak english spanish and portuguese . I applied at metro pcs on bloomfield ave newark nj and after two days of training i convinced six people to switch to metro and sold accessories with phones that were being purchased . Later that day the manager says she will call me later with my schedule . This company is the worst non contract company ever and Priscilla at the New York Street location in Aurora is as dumbest as they come she sells you a phone and after two weeks of having it she refuses to give youa new one even though you are suppose to have a 30 day store warranty and she tells you go to a new service i dont care and have a good night she is an *** this company lies and there service sucks never use them beware of dumber and dumber also she tries to real slick ,,,,,,,, Read more

I just left a metro pcs authorized dealer store not more than a hour ago looking to buy a better phone (more memory, , battery life, specs, etc...) being in the business that im in its needed. So i asked the rep for recommendations and she offered me the Samsung Grand Prime, which is the larger version of my original phone (samsung core I believe it to be) but to my surprise has less memory than my original phone, which is the reason why even considered by another phone. I bought two factory unlocked iPhone 6 Plus both gold 16gb I was told they were brand new never been used after about a month my phone started giving me problems when I took the phone to the Apple Store come to find out the phones aren't new at all they were used and the one year warranty with Apple had already expired never buying anything from metro pcs. I have been a loyal customer with Metro and the day i needed it they *** on my and left me hanging. My bill due date was on the 20th (Wednesday) so called and asked them to please give me an extension until Friday so i could pay it off, they never gave it to me i never asked for an extension before but after this i'm done I'm going to T-Mobile. I only been with the company less then six months first phone broke less than six months , respond from store manager was not coverage for repair is i have to pay $30 and no replacement so i end up buying another phone at a discounted rate that was good but, the phone lost all my data after turning iton the next day is not working any more and it only last less then two weeks. Store managers said she cant help me , i call customer support manger after an hour on the phone i got no way not even to get to refund me half of the cost of my phone... Read more

Bought new phone . but when went to change providers because your service always going out and people that work at Midlothian stores are ***. My daughter was able to get lock off her phone . Not through store employee!!!!!!! She called herself and was able to get the lock off her phone . But said I couldn't get lock off my phone because I haven't had it 90 days . Which is crazy. Had to buy me a new phone and my dad a new phone. Cost me a extra $100.00, but worth it to get better service . But still angry because I've been with metro for over 7... Read more
