I recently had a deviced replaced under the manufacturers warranty. It took about 3 weeks to get the replacement device in. I go to the store to exchange devices. The website accepts your order and provides a confirmation number, yet the order never goes through and you don't receive your phone. I placed an order as a birthday gift on 2/4/16 confirmation#7214529, never received confirmation email. I bought a phone 5 days ago, ported my number from another carrier. I have been back at store 3 times. I went back today wanting my money back, phone has less than 6 minutes talk time on it. Metro pcs is a rip off i was told that i can up grade atfer 3 months and only have to pay sell price for the phone but they dont tell you that. You also have pay $15 for up grade fee. The phone cost $30 but i have to pay $50 with all fees and charges. PLEASE DONT GO TO METRO PCS. Im going back to my old phone company! They was the best but i rather pay them! Add comment

Every month they keep changing my due date when i call customer service i have to scream and yell because they can not understand what i say to them many foreighn people work for them hence me having to repeat the same thing i say 10 times or more they keep changing my due date and keep taking me off auto pay service is good but customer service really sucks Add comment

Tried to pay my phone bill, with a customer service, & was charged 3 times, even though i was told, payment didn't go through on my debit card! Never had, this problem when i was with, page plus! If, you pay your bill, it's best to go in to pay your bill with cash! Thinking about going back to provider i had! As, of now waiting for issue to be resolved! Add comment
