Rude rude rude rude latina with no class at Stamford main street. They setup my phone incorrectly so that MMS does not work. I called - no answer. Called customer service: an answer machine tells me the service is cheap because they don't have people. Walked all way to the store I bought the *** thing, spent 1 hour 1/2 with the *** of a woman, who also happens to be dumb. Doesn't know anything other than collect money from people. Can;t help... So far I havent yet experienced any draw backs or problems with the actual telephone / data services. What I am very qualified to critique is Metro Pcs customer services. Never being to *** but I firmly believe the customer services there out ranks MPCs in superiority.

This is really angering me. I just had a lot of updates from Metro PCS. Before I could use my mobile hotspot with a WDCMA connection, now it says I can only do it with LTE. Problem, you can't select LTE only for connection, only LTE or WDCMA. Guess what, NO LTE connection at all. So no wifi hotspot! This is a disgusting practice. They know so many of their customers will not be able to use a hotspot any more. Obviously they feel we are using... Read more

I called to get an extension.....was told i have to wait until my fon is off then getCall get an extension...3 days later fin off. Now i cant get through.keep getting same recording....i need to speak to a person.

anonymous- Sounds like somewhat of my story in Kentucky the owner of Metro that is that owns the individual metro store, those of you whom don't know this Metro PCS stores are all owned by individuals and will rip you off. It happened to me an they are very untrustworthy!! My stylus for my 2 day old Stylo2 made a pinpoint crack when I used it to open my phone. I went into a main store where I got it and it's obvious that the stylus was the cause. You can see it's imprint in the center of the crack...The store could do nothing. I called LG and they want me to send them the phone for inspection but that would take 7-10 business days.
