Oh my God! I can't believe how bad these clowns suck! I have complained, oh I don't know but at least a hundred times. Worthless clowns cannot resolve coverage issues! After selling me a replacement phone that has the same issue as the original. They have hardshocked, wiped, reset apns and still broke ***! Really? These clowns need to go away!!!!! Add comment

I have metro for more then five years. And it got worst in the last six months. Phone doesn't work for laps of over an hr. Im done, looking for new provider. Bought s new LG Leon phone e last week at Metro . Did not like phone it was chintzy. Went back to Metro to return phone . I am s existing customer of 11 years. The phone I bought was the Samsung Galaxy advance for 249 I've had to pay $80 to get the charging mechanism fixed and to get something it with the insides that was wrong the phone to still not work properly it won't hold a charge for a whole day and I'm left with a very expensive phone that does not work properly I would expect MetroPCS to please contact me and discuss some type of compensation... Added features to my phone .representative said charges will be on next month bill.almost five days later phone turned off.I call talk to rep.she say I gotta pay bt that's not what I was told.phone still off for 12.49.not good business when you bn lied to. Add comment
