Poor customer at W. Meighan location Gadsden,AL. Arrived at store at 6:50 pm and was refused service.

Trying to unlock a phone locked to MetroPCS and the when calling MetroPCS Customer number the automated system WILL NOT let you get to a live agent UNLESS you have an account. Even when going to the store the agents their WILL NOT all to assist in any way as they are told NEVER to unlock a phone UNLESS you are BUYING a plan with them for the next THREE MONTHS. I am really annoyed by metro. I wasted almost an hour of my time at two locations yesterday trying to pay a bill and the WORST mistake, trying to add another line. Someone needs to look into metro and their billing charges along with their fees. Walked out of metro more confused as ever just trying to add a new line of service. My husband and I have been customers for a while.. A few months back they convinced us to start a new plan which would enable us to upgraded our phones whenever we wanted and it switched us to T Mobile. Also our bill increased by almost $100 a month. Needless to say the deal was not what they said it was and now we r stuck paying this outrageous bill!!

I have had service with my metro for over a year,my first phone worked well it was the larger Z T E with the built in battery.I was due for my first up Grade so i got the Alcatel one tuch.Then around 3 weeks later i started have problems with the new Alcatel.Service tryed to reset the phone and said for the store needed to replace it but the store wouldent Think about it this phone was sold with a one year warranty and the store wouldent replace... I was over charged for a iPhone 5s it was a spur of the moment ordeal running out to buy this older model phone at the metro store in Detroit on Meyers across from the Home Depot . well in store the guy tells me it's $300.. He runs to another dealer and brings back this phone in a Baggie no new box or anything red flag ! any way I go home and go on metros website they're selling this phone for only $199!! I purchase an alcatel on 11/15/2015. I have the receipts to prove it fron an authorized metro pcs dealer. About 6months the charge portal started to mess up. My husband went back to the store and was told he had to purchase another one. My husband did dor 139.00. Did not have the phone for 4 months and the same thing the charge portal. On May 31st I entered The Metro PCS shoP located in the Bronx; Winner Wireless Inc. 13 E. 170th street, Bronx NY 10452. A man by the name of Hari sold me a Samsung Galaxy s7 for a total of $749.00. The phone I learned a few hours later was not in an original box, was missing a headset and the charger was not original; I was clearly ripped off.
