Paid my bill online for 5 yrs! Since January I have to go into the Metro store to pay my bill. Depending on what store location and what employee, the fee ranges from $3 to $6! Definite SCAM.There is nothing wrong with my debit card at all!! There is definitely an organized scam going on at Metro PCS! I even have emails from a St. Pete Times reporter that did an article on debit cards with chips(one of Metro excuses). Read more

I purchased a phone and two B500 blue tooth head sets from metro pos on rainbow close to badura in las vegas the phone is ok ,thank goodness , but the headsets are garbage. So I take them back the next day with receipts to exchage or refund,all sales final, but it does not say that on the reciept and they did not tell me that, andno sign in the store. So its my falt I should have asked, now I have to headsets that don't work ,thank you metro pos. Read more

Recently purchased a phone from their Northwood location in Baltimore on Friday, May 20, 2016. Discovered a crack in the screen on Sunday, May 22, 2016 and tried to return the phone, but was told that they would not replace the phone. Needless to say I am very disappointed and plan on taking my business elsewhere. Metro PCS can kiss where the sun don't shine! This type of shady business is irresponsible. Metro PCS in Tucson on 1st and Fort Lowell offers very poor service, not to mention ripping me off. They said oh, are machine sometimes get stuck. I had to go to an ATM, get cash and then they deducted it from my account after I paid cash.(with their broken machine stealing peoples money) I said Has this ever happened before? yes. I have been having trouble after trouble with this phone. You call in and the representatives either put you on hold or hang up. They suck in the customer service area. They need to be trained again in customer service. The problems are resolved. The supervisors don't really care. So they do not care for there customers. Customer satisfaction should be a must. so, after i went through the *** that happened the first time. I gave a second chance. But now not surprisingly, the phone wont give me internet, this happens a lot ! I'm gonna see if they rectify this. I doubt it, I'm also looking for a different network. Why does the email take so long to load? After clickng on the email it comes up in a second screen, and the hit "download". At that point it takes two or three minutes for that email to load so I can read it. Why so freekin long? Virgin mobile was just a touch on the email, and BAM, it was downloaded and ready to read. I got a thousand emails backed up, but don't have the time to sit and wait on more than a few load. Absurd. Read more
