I went to the Eakin Rd Store in Columbus Ohio. I bought a new phone. The lady never gave me a receipt. Well it didn't work and I tried to take it back. They said no refunds. I tried to talk with them and they couldn't get the phone to work. I I called the company and the csr told me they couldn't do anything about it am out $100 and a new phone. Forced to change my number on Several occasions service not working web site under matienance denied a phone bill service interrupted after paying my bill 3 days befor due date telemarketers calling and harassing me with scams over charged and left with out a phone after shelling out hundreds of dollars falsely impersonated on Facebook some *** my contacts keep vanishing out of my phone customer... I paid 15 dollars to "top up" on my wifi hotspot then hours later mimy speed is still moving at throttled speed. I called customer service and they told me i used up all of it when i bought it to today and aint used *** because it was so slow. Then they gave me a free gig and STILL moved at throttled speed. Metro has lost a customer because i wont be ripped off and cheated out my money. Add comment

I signed up for service 7/18/2015 and from day one have not been able to access my account from their web site. I have called their customer service line 8 times as of today 7/29/2015. My password has been reset 5 times and still no access. They have created 3 "tickets" each with the promise of resolving the problem and allowing me access to their web site. Today is july 29, 2015. Got 2 phones on the 21at & 22nd at west 125 street store. First u have the big bear stalking u before u get well into store. You give him ur name etc. Be seated until they call you. Didnt wait too long. Thats a positive. Staff not too friendly or congenial. Okay, business is business. I have contacted several people by email and by phone to give this complaint but no one seems to care. I went to Metro pcs around March 2015 to get new service thinking I was out of contract with my old provider. I paid $380.00 for 3 phones plus turned in two Samsung Galaxy s3. Well 2 of the phone that I purchased from Metro Pcs kept dropping calls and shutting off. So headed back to return the 2 bad ones.The customer service guy called his supervisor. I used MetroPCS for more than 6 years without incident. Then, I got a new phone and changed phone numbers. Unfortunately, I forgot to change my account number on my Credit Union Bill Pay Service.
